What happened to the second album?
ReplyDeleteIt was very expensive (50$) and many official stores didn't even have it in stock, so fans couldn't buy it even if they wanted to. Fansign events are an effective method of boosting physical sales, but for this comeback, for fansign events, too, they used their previous album instead of this new one.
DeleteAll in all, the low sales can be attributed to a weird decision by starship to release a very expensive album for a rookie group with a less established fanbase.
The album also only had one single version, so even dedicated fans only bought one copy.
That's so sad!! They had a great start, what a let down.
